The text definitely helps! It really breaks uo some of the longer shots and I'd say it'd definitely benefit from more! There are still some spots it could definitely stand to be shortened, like a great example is the last minute of the video. There's the one line of dialogue which breaks it up but otherwise it's just a full minute of a completely stationary shot. That could be trimmed down to maybe 10-15 seconds and it'd be fine. Don't stress it though that's just advice for future videos.
