Oh, nice question! It's true I've thought about having him as a ticklee a few times since he is a favorite in the fandom, but I'll admit he's never done it for me: he's not a character I'm interested in seeing in such a scenario. :/ ...However, the 1998's version designed by Patrick Tatopoulos, for some reason that one would appeal me more as a potential victim, but I feel I might be the minority here! ^^"
