Marry Me Chicken

*Edit* I forgot to mention that in addition to the new PDF format, I will also be attaching a duplicate "printer friendly" PDF to each meal prep recipe. Many have complained about the amount of ink needed to print off the new PDFs, so hopefully this helps eliminate that problem.
When I first announced this recipe, I honestly didn't think it would get too much attention. But it seems a lot of you were looking forward to it. So here it is!
I decided to serve this over a bed of rice instead of making it into a pasta since some of you have mentioned getting burnt out on pasta lately. The chicken and sauce actually goes perfect with the rice, so I'm glad I went this route.
As always, please be sure to check the last page of the PDF for some important notes.
I hope everybody enjoys this one as much as I did :)

Pretty much. I also can't have spicy food and I made this without the pepper and it was fine
Is it whole coriander or ground coriander? I can't tell by the screen shot.
I was just coming here to ask the same question.
Is it just the pepper flakes that makes this spicy? I cannot have spicy foods unfortunately.
Really tasty. Next time I might double the liquids to make more sauce (adjust calories of course)
