Bang Bang Chicken is here! I was really torn on what to make this into. A pasta, tacos, rice, veggies.....the options were endless. I settled on some rice with a nice colorful mix of veggies in the form of red cabbage and peas :)
As with all of my recipes, you can easily make adjustments to make this fit your own preference. You can use other veggies of your choice.
If you guys really like this bang bang sauce, I'm sure I can do other things with it like some bang bang shrimp tacos!
Tomorrow you guys will also get early access to an upcoming free recipe (Broccoli Cheese Spaghetti). If you like broccoli cheese soup, you won't want to miss that recipe! So keep an eye out for that one coming Thursday.
I'm also working on a few Patreon exclusive desserts. We're back to baking in 2023, so lots of desserts and snacks coming soon!

This is amazing! So, so good.
We loved this....flavor was on point and very filling!!! I made it for dinner one evening and we finished the leftovers the next night.

I appreciate the “spicy” warning near the macros! It helps me to know what I might have to avoid for the fam, but I could probably make for myself for work!
This one is SO GOOD! The rice portions are massive with the veggies added in!
OOOMGG!! This was SO good- first off, besides the red cabbage I had everything already on hand. I cooked the rice in bone broth and always add cauliflower rice for extra volume but otherwise followed the recipe as written. I was hesitant about the cabbage in the rice but just went with it and was SO glad I did. It was perfect with this, plus a little nutrient variety and color pop to winter food. This will 1000% be a regular on our menus going forward. If you haven’t made it yet, move it up on your list!
Is this spicy at all? I'm making it tonight and yesterday we ate the cajun pasta and it was a bit too spicy for my husband.
Bang bang shrimp tacos please! Thanks again for all the ideas Zach! Appreciate it brother...
Just got made for lunches this week- it’s beautiful 🤩
I can't wait to make this!! Just organising my shopping list for this and the greek pita bowl. So many recipes that I just can't wait to try!!!! Thank you!!!
