Broccoli Cheese Spaghetti

I really wanted to make a broccoli cheese soup (I probably still will eventually), but I just posted the loaded potato soup recipe recently. I didn't want to overload you guys with soup, so I thought it would be fun to bring all the flavors of broccoli cheese in the form of a spaghetti :) And this turned out better than I expected!
This is another recipe that can easily be modified by adding some diced chicken or even other veggies to bulk it up. But this is actually a very large and filling portion as it is.

I found that the smell of this the next day was putrid (lol...welcome to broccoli) but it was good!
Could you do lowfat cottage cheese and add chicken? I think that would be delish!
I hate the taste of cottage cheese--Can anyone confirm that you don't taste it? Thanks :)
This was *way* better than I expected. My whole family ate it!
Sir, you are a genius! This is so freaking amazing! Thank you!

It will just lower the calories and fat a bit. Should be the same protein though. So not much of a difference.
Is you use fat free cottage cheese how does that change the calorie breakdown
I hate whole broccoli lol so I blended it up and added it. Super delicious and sooo filling. Even my husband was impressed and he heats a ton π
This was a huge hit at my house! The portions are definitely generous and filling!!!
just made this it was good but definitely a little different then what im used to but it was good i think it was just the cottage chees for me
First time blending cottage cheeseβ¦.dang! This was delish! A little like Alfredo but low fat. In fact, next time Iβm going to use cream of chicken soup, add some chicken that was sautΓ©ed with garlic, and maybe serve the broccoli on the side. But I also loved this!
My husband bought the wrong soup⦠he grabbed cream of broccoli. Could I mix 1/2 can of it with 1/2 can of condensed cheddar cheese soup?
Made this tonight. It was pretty easy and tasty. Next time I will use broccoli florettes instead of the cuts and add an extra bag.
