What'd a good hummus substitute? I cannot stomach it at all.

Just my opinion, I mix ranch powdered or French onion soup mix with plain Greek yogurt for high protein dips

Made this for my lunch today. Loved it! I’d never tried hummus with carrots before, only with pita chips or dipping pretzels, but it was really good! I’d snack on that solo anytime. Loved how quick and easy it was to grab this to eat in between clients.

Any bento box ideas with shrimp?

The bento boxes are my absolute favorite go to for lunches. I love all of them!

Is that 2oz of turkey on each cheese stick?

What brand of string cheese & turkey is used here?

I don’t like eggs, they hurt my stomach. Any suggestions of substitutions I could use that would have similar macros?

Bento boxes are deceptively filling for sure :)

I was honestly SO surprised at how filing this was. It doesn’t seem like a lot but it sure hits the spot.

I bought an egg cooker for like $10 and love it. Set and forget until it chimes that they're ready. Mine does up to 7 at a time but they make larger ones as well.

It really just depends on how you like them. There are a few great timer charts online that show the cook times for different boiled eggs.
