McDonald's Shamrock Shake

This is something I was playing around with and it turned out pretty tasty, so I figured I would put together a video and share it on TikTok. But as always, Patreon gets first dibs!
There's really not a lot to this simple shake. It's essentially just a ready to drink protein shake with a couple of little things added to it. But it's a fun and festive shake to make. I don't have any kids, but I would imagine they'd think it's pretty cool :)
If you have ever had the real deal from McDonald's, I'm sure you know that it's just their vanilla milk shake with green food coloring and a little mint added. McDonald's shakes are very sweet, so if you want to add a little sweetener of some sort to this copycat shake, it may make it taste a little more like the real thing.
I used the vanilla shake from Fairlife but Premier or pretty much any brand will work.
Also, I was thinking one cool way to add some fiber and micronutrients to this shake would be to add some spinach or kale to give it the green color instead of using food coloring.
As always, if you try this, be sure to let me know how you like it!
*WARNING* Pay attention to the mint extract. A little goes a long way. I literally used one tiny drop and it was perfect.
*Additional note* I realized that the PDF for the last smoothie (Snickerdoodle) was missing the ice in the ingredients list. So if you already printed that one, be sure to go back and print off a corrected copy.

I love Meatloaf, something I learned to do years ago. Instead of making on big loaf, portion it into large meatballs. It cooks faster and no need to slice because it is portioned maybe a good idea for meal prep. My favorite meatloaf glaze is Ketchup with a little Honey & Cumin.
I only had Andes and regular pudding mix. The kids and I absolutely loved it! Thank you!

Made this with chocolate fairlife and two thin mints instead of the mint extract. OMG 🤤

Premier protein is a good substitute. You can also use fairlife milk mixed with a scoop of vanilla protein powder of your choice
Ugh I would love to make this but can’t find Fairlife vanilla anywhere.

I’m so excited to try this! And so glad it doesn’t have protein powder in it, try as I might, I just cannot stomach protein powders
Had this for breakfast! I’ve tried a bunch of “healthy shamrock shake” recipes and none of them have come close, but this one is spot on!! I didn’t have a vanilla protein shake so used Fairlife and a scoop of protein powder and it is spot on! So good!!!
