If you are on TikTok or Instagram, chances are you have probably seen a couple of lasagna soup recipes floating around. So hopefully my macro friendly version stacks up to those! I like to think so :)
But in all honesty, this recipe packs a ton of flavor. All the yumminess you love in a lasagna, with no layering or baking in the oven!
I will admit that I added 1-2 Tbsp of ricotta cheese on top of mine when I ate it, and it made it even better! So if you like ricotta, and it fits your macros, go for it!
I'm really hoping to hear some feedback on this one because I really enjoyed it. I hope you all do as well. So if you try it, be sure to come back and let me know what you think.

This is soooooo good! How do you get it to stay as soup? After the first day, it seemed like my noodles soaked up the liquid and i ended up eating lasagna pasta. Still amazing!

Lasagna is my favourite food and my partners LEAST favourite I made this for our lunches this week and it’s so amazing we both look forward to it everyday for lunch 🥰

DELISH!!!!! I used 1 lb each of the ground beef and italian sausage and used rotini noodles instead.....we enjoyed the leftovers until all was gone!!!!

My husband is super picky and he loved this soup! He rarely eats leftovers and he ate it multiple days in a row.

I had the lid on with a cracked open. No complaints, don't misunderstand. I loved it.

Did you cook it with the lid on or off? If you cooked with the lid off, it will cook down and make it thicker. I'm glad you liked it though :)
Added at least twice as much broth and it was still super thick... Loved this recipe. I omitted the cheese and just added a TBSP of grated parm when I had a bowl. 5 stars out of 5!
