A lot of people have expressed an interest in more Asian themed meals so I figured it would be nice to do a teriyaki stir fry. This particular recipe is great because it involves just a few ingredients, but it also comes in at under 400 calories. That means there's room for maybe an egg roll or dumplings on the side.
One of my go to brands for dumplings is Bibigo. They are really tasty!
I think the next Asian themed recipe will be a restaurant copycat meal. I'm thinking maybe Panda Express or P.F. Chang's! What do you think?
Keep an eye out for an early access TikTok recipe posting tomorrow (Chicken Fajita Casserole), as well as the 10-Minute Cheesy Corn recipe coming on Friday! Lot's of content this week!

I'm sure this it wasn't on purpose, but I did the math and you didn't add the calories for the olive oil.

Add orange zest and the juice of an orange to your favorite stir fry recipe. Some recipes will call for just orange juice, but the zest will give it a lot more flavor.

I do have a spicy orange chicken and an orange ginger stir fry recipe on here already :)

Estimating is perfectly fine. But if you want to be more precise, there are instructions on the notes page of the PDF
What is the best way to measure this out for appropriate portion sizes?
I would love a copycat orange chicken

Ooohhh copycat PF Changs would be awesome.
Any particular teriyaki sauce that you would recommend?
