I realize it's been quite some time since I have posted a cold meal prep. I know a lot of you really look forward to these due to not having access to a microwave sometimes.
I have always been a fan of pasta salads. So I'm really hoping everybody likes this one.

If I get enough positive feedback on this, I'll try to post more variations of cold pasta salad meal preps in the future! Especially as we head into the summer!

This is so delicious! I used half Parmesan cheese and half feta and the flavor is amazing! I struggle finding lunch options that donβt have to be reheated. This is a winner! Thank you Zach!

I had a pasta salad that was highly requested at any bbq we went to. I didnβt think any pasta salad would taste better than mine. Boy was I wrong This will definitely be replacing my usual pasta salad from now on Drink every time you read pasta salad π€£

You can use any brand you have access to. And honestly, any lower calorie dressing will work. It will just change the flavor to that specific dressing. So make sure it's one that you enjoy.

Any subs for the dressing? I went to 5 stores no one carries it in my small town and Amazon I only saw three packs, which is excessive for a single person
