Alright everybody.....the time has come. The Bake French Toast is here.
If you're part of my FB support group, you saw this advertised a couple of weeks ago. I was behind on editing other recipes and content for Patreon but I finally got this one done.
For those of you that do not like sausage, have no fear. I have added the calories and macros for this recipe without the sausage on the last page of the PDF. So if you are tracking calories, you can use those numbers and make it by itself or substitute with another meat of choice.
I'm not sure exactly when this one will be posted to TikTok, but I wanted to get it up for you guys here on Patreon. I'm really excited to get some feedback on this one!

I used ground sausage as well and we really enjoyed it.
This went over extremely well when we made this last week. I dusted the top with icing sugar after baking for added affect for the kids. Also used full eggs instead of egg whites.
Stephanie, yes the ground sausage will work.
What low carb bread did you use?

Made this but subβd low carb bread, swerve brown sugar and chicken sausage!
This was amazing! I lowered calories by using spray oil instead of butter, Swerve brown sugar & Applegate chicken maple sausage (2 pkg). All in house loved & so glad such a good busy Mon am breakfast ready to go!
This was amazing....not too sweet and very filling.
I went so off track with ingredients on this recipe. But, just had a taste and seems we landed on our πΎ feet! 2 ingredient self-made dough vs French bread Chicken sausage vs Pork Maple Only 1/4 cup brown sugar Threw in a scoop of Maple Syrup French Toast protein powder Tested some with SF syrup. Then some with blueberry compote
I know French bread will soak up and be βsturdierβ but my husband and I both put loaf bread in the Sams cart and now have an excess. Weβll see how this goes.
This and the tater tot casserole are my go-to beefy breakfasts. Thank you, sir!
