This is so delicious! Whole family loved it! Including my brother who is a professional chef!

The dish came out delicious. Taste wise - amazing!!! My only complaint would be that the 1.5cup chicken broth was not nearly enough. The rice started burning to the bottom of the pan. I had to add another 1.5cup broth to cook the rice thoroughly.

Made this last night, easily a top 5 recipe 🤤

This was delicious! Fulfilled my craving for my mom’s Puerto Rican cooking. Turned out perfect for me cooking with listed instructions. (I live in VA.)

Did you use older rice? Do you live in a very dry area of the country? Both of these will affect the amount of liquid needed and the cooking time. I live in Colorado, and I soak the rice for 30 minutes in cool water after washing it; just drain the liquid before adding it to the pot.

I tried to make this today but the rice wouldn’t cook through i was disappointed, it tasted ok but rice wasn’t 100% cooked
