I'm always excited about copycat recipes! This one especially because I just love pasta so much :)
And when I realized the cost and the calories of the original Applebee's version, I knew I needed to attempt a macro friendly version.
I think it turned out pretty well.
If you make it, be sure to let me know what you think.
What restaurant meal should I attempt to Zachify next?

I made this tonight. Doubled the recipe just in case other folks in the house wanted some. Next time I'll triple it! At least I squirreled away enough for work lunches this weekend before it was devoured
Chicken Madeira from Cheesecake Factory!

If you like the Banza pastas you can definitely swap out for it. I just don’t use them because I don’t care for the consistency. But they are a great source of extra protein.

Whaaaat? What a great compliment. Thank you for sharing ☺️
This recipe is amazing! Next time I will add more garlic.
Made this last night and it was kid and husband approved! I was worried about the sauce breaking, since I’ve seen comments on that, but added the cheese slowly and it did fine!
Can't wait to try this one!
I love the slow cooker recipes the most 🙏🏼
I make Pizza Omelettes! 2 eggs, 2 egg whites, 2TBSP shredded low fat mozz cheese, turkey pepperoni diced up, 2 tbsp pizza sauce. Then I dip it in my "magic ranch" - 1 tub cottage cheese with a splash for fat free fairlife and 1/4c ranch seasoning - blend it all up, my kids can't tell the difference!
I'd love some meal prep burritos!

The recipe calls for Barilla Protein+ pasta, which is not only high in protein but high in fiber and whole grains as well.
How about pizza options or wraps that are tasty? Air fryer recipes?
Has anyone tried the pasta dishes with high protein pasta like Banza?
This is my boyfriends go to meal at Applebees. We made it last night and he said it tastes exactly like Applebees but with way better chicken!
