Stuffed Bell Peppers

As some of you probably know, there's already an "unstuffed" bell pepper recipe available. And because of this, I didn't think anybody would have an interest in an actual stuffed bell pepper recipe. But so many people have reached out to me asking for one. So here we go.
I did change it up a little so that it wasn't the same recipe. Hopefully this one is a hit like the unstuffed version. Many of you really seemed to enjoy that one.
But there's just something fun about the original stuffed bell pepper. I have heard that many kids like the presentation. Especially with the little lid on top :)
For those of you that try both versions, be sure to let me know which one you liked better.

It’s extremely simple. Most come with little lines that tell you how much water to use for the amount of rice. But I personally just do the water to the first knuckle thing ☺️

Can’t wait to try it. Do you have any videos on making rice in a rice maker and tips for best rice? I see you use one often but wonder if it’s simple or are there tricks for making rice? I use minute rice because it’s what I grew up on lol

Can’t wait for the new recipes and for grill options for summer! If you’re looking for any ideas I’d love a few recipes for sweet potatoes too! Either as a side or in some kind of meal prep (even better, both!). They’re my absolute favorite
