Cottage Cheese Pancakes

A while back I posted a recipe for protein pancakes. While many of you tried them and liked them, one of the ingredients was casein protein. I realized that not many people keep that on hand. And it wouldn't really make sense to make you buy a tub just to make the occasional pancakes.
Fast forward to the cottage cheese era of 2023, and I give you cottage cheese pancakes. Don't know these until you try them. They will surprise even the biggest cottage cheese hater lol.
I saw a few people making these on TikTok and in the FB group and gave it a try. I was blown away by how good they were. I made adjustments to give them a little more flavor and this is the end result.
So now we have a casein pancake and a cottage cheese pancake. Eventually I will post a whey protein pancake and we'll have all the bases covered :)

Ok Zach Coen. You finally did it. You have outdone yourself. Pancakes…healthy and yummy? Wow.
These were really yummy this morning. Flipping them was a bit of a challenge but definitely tasted good.
These were my first Patreon recipe! I’m not a good cook so the first one turned out more like a crepe than a pancake, but that gave me the idea of making these into crepes and stuffing them like my mama makes them! They were a hit regardless
How do you keep them from sticking so bad? Loved the flavor of them!
