Not So Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole

This is an early access recipe that will be posted to TikTok soon! Once it posts there, hopefully some of you have had a chance to try it and can give some feedback to inquiring minds :)
I actually made a version of the Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole for a family brunch a few months back. And while it was good, it was SO high calorie, and just not enough protein to be a full meal. So of course, I had to Zachify this thing and share it. And if I must say so myself, it's absolutely DELICIOUS!
I definitely recommend giving this one a shot!

I’m going to do this with a base of cauliflower tots instead of shredded hash browns.
Made this for my lunches this week and it’s soooo good! It really hit the comfort food spot!
Just went shopping and for the life of me I could not find any fat free cheese, which is fine because I really disike it. I went with reduced fat cheese, and then switched out my soups for the healthier options. I hope that evens things out.
I subbed the sour cream for cottage cheese because it’s all I had…blended of course
