Apple Cinnamon Cake Bars

Let's start the week off with something fun!
First off, if you have tried my pumpkin bars here on Patreon, these are very similar. The consistency is kind of like a firm cake that you can eat as a snack, dessert, or even with your morning coffee to start your day off with some protein!
These apple cinnamon bars are actually an old recipe that was going to be in my cookbook. So much time has passed, I figured it's time to share the recipe with everybody here on Patreon. If you watch the video, ignore my scratched up pan. Take peace in knowing that it has been replaced since shooting this video lol.
If enough people show interest in these types of protein bars, I'll continue to work on different combinations. Right now I am working on a banana chocolate chip one that I think will be pretty tasty :)
Also, the Patreon exclusive meal prep for Wednesday is going to be the Crockpot French Onion Pasta. If you trust me at all, believe me when I say that you'll want to push it to the top of your meal prep list. It is so flavorful and filling!
