Finallyyyyyyy! Man it seems like I made this recipe SO long ago, and I'm just now getting around to posting it. I'm not sure how so many other recipes got pushed to the front of the line for posting.
This recipe is so flavorful and filling. I have a feeling it will jump to the top of many people's list of favorites so far.
On another note, I am starting a new series on my social media platforms, where I use easily accessible convenience foods and turn them into cheap meal prep recipes. The series will start off with a homemade KFC Mac & Cheese Bowl. It will be posted as early access here on Patreon tomorrow. I really hope that it's another helpful tool to help you all stay on track with your dietary goals, as well as your budget.
If you have a convenience food that you'd like to see turned into a more filling, low calorie meal prep, let me know in the comments.

I think they only sell the onion one!
Zach I have a question about how much cheese goes in this recipe. It says 1 cup of Swiss cheese ( 4oz ). Wouldn’t that be a 1/2 a cup…a full cup I thought was 8oz. Just need clarification on how much to add. Made this for the week and it is another fantastic meal!!
I could only find Lipton beefy onion or onion soup mixes. Not French onion. Advice?
