KFC Mac & Cheese Bowl

I mentioned yesterday that this one was coming, and here it is!
Now keep in mind, the brand of mac & cheese that I used was due to it's lower price point. If you have a brand of boxed mac & cheese that you prefer, you can easily swap them to fit your preference.
As always, I try to keep the restaurant copycat meals as close to the original as possible, so you'll notice there are not veggies in this one. But this goes great with a side of pretty much any veggie or side salad. Adding something on the side will increase the nutritional value of the meal, as well as help keep you fuller longer.

Can I use 1 cup of cottage cheese instead of the milk in this recipe?
Made this tonight and my family loved it!
