Cool Ranch Dorito Chicken Casserole

If you have been following me for a while, you probably remember my Chicken and Broccoli Dorito Casserole. It was a huge hit among my followers. So much so, that many of you have requested spin-off recipes. And so here we are!
I didn't want this one to be exactly like the other, so I approached the cooking method a little differently. I think this one is much less work as you're basically tossing everything in a casserole dish and into the oven.
Hopefully everybody enjoys this one just as much as the last version :)

made this tonight and OMG!!! It's so good. I goofed and didn't buy enough chicken (bought the cooked & shredded from WalMart deli) but I had 1lb of the fajita chicken. so I mixed the 2. I also used the Ranch Quest Chips instead of Doritos. 5 stars from all my family members!!
Can’t wait to make this, this week
