Soup season is here! Let us partake!
This Crockpot Chicken Gnocchi Soup is not only delicious and macro friendly, but it is extremely filling! So for anybody with a larger appetite, hopefully you'll enjoy this one.
As with all crockpot and soup recipes, there's a lot of room for altering to fit your preference. Any of the veggies can be swapped out for something different, or you can always just add more.
I'm extremely excited about all of the upcoming recipes as well as bonus content I have planned as we move into the cooler weather.
I hope my recipes continue to keep you on track with your diet and your budget as we head toward the holiday season :)

Do you mean two ribs of celery or two stalks?
I have this going in the crockpot right now! I sauteed the veggies in a tablespoon of butter beforehand and added 3oz of bacon bits and it still came to less than 500 in my tracker. I also threw in some poultry seasoning, Italian seasoning, basil, and a bay leaf because I had them on hand and love a flavor packed soup. I can't wait for dinner time!
