Beef & Cabbage Stir Fry

If you have tried my Egg Roll Bowl and enjoyed it, you'll like this one!
It is actually kind of a variation of the Egg Roll Bowl, with some added sweetness from brown sugar and acidity from lime juice. And just like the Egg Roll Bowl recipe, you can easily add a level of heat to this by topping with some sriracha, a little chili oil, or crushed pepper flakes!
Warning - If you do make this, please please please use the largest pan you can find. Preferably a wok. I pushed the limit with my pan and it was a bit of a disaster lol. Definitely should have used my wok. I have notes on the notes page on this. So be sure to check that out.
For those of you that have tried the Egg Roll Bowl and end up trying this one, I'm interested to hear which one you like better!

Found a Kohlrabi slaw on sale at the local shop, so used a few bags of that in lieu of the cabbage. Added a dash of fish sauce and topped with a little sriracha mayo - perfection! I don't usually love stir fries, so I was super pleased by this. So much food!
Really enjoyed this one. I love anything with cabbage since you can make a ton and still be low calorie. Another great recipe Zach!

I put some fish sauce in the sauce and I also found some broccili slaw mix and I used that and cabbage 🔥 🔥
This was really good. I ended up just splitting the cabbage into two pans so when it was done I added half the ground beef and sauce to each and let it cook a little longer. Over rice with some hot sauce! Adding to our rotation!!
This was great! Made it to easier for myself (though more expensive) by using 2 bags of cole slaw mix instead of shredding a head of cabbage.
Just made this. Sooo good! didn't use as much cabbage, so there was a lot more sauce. I used a big spoon with holes in it to put the food in my Tupperwares. I love it so much! Was easy too!
Anyone know if you can freeze this? I have never frozen cooked cabbage - not sure if it will reheat well.....
