I think this will be the last variation of this type of dish for a while. I don't want people getting burnt out on them, and I want to make sure I am offering a variety of meal types.
With that being said, you'll notice that I named this one bread pudding. After a lot of follower feedback, I definitely feel like bread pudding is more fitting than French toast casserole.
I will admit, I think this may be my favorite variation of this dish. Although the Blueberry one is very close!
If you are new to my page, and you like this one, be sure to check out the Blueberry Hawaiian Roll Bake and the Pumpkin Spice Glazed French Toast. I also have a more savory version called Baked French Toast w/Maple Sausage that a lot of people really enjoyed.
I was going to post this one at a later date, but I figured it might make a nice Christmas morning breakfast or brunch.
With Christmas just a few days away, I hope everybody has a very Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year!

Any suggestions for number of apples (say medium size) if not using pie filling? I can’t find SF & have apples to use up anyway. Thanks!
Has anyone tried mixing protein powder in the egg beaters? I do this with french toast and it works
