First off, I hope everybody had a very Merry Christmas!!!
I feel like it's been a while since I have posted a pasta recipe. Hopefully all of my fellow pasta lovers will forgive me :)
With that being said, this recipe uses kind of a specialty pasta. So I'm really hoping everybody can find this brand, or something comparable to use. I did search around a few different grocery stores and found it with no issue. So fingers crossed that you all can as well!
This one is super easy to make, and really flavorful!
If you have followed my recipes for a while, you know I always recommend adding a side of veggies. Technically you could bulk this meal up by adding some extra veggies in with it. Maybe some cooked broccoli, asparagus, or even mushrooms (great source of vitamin B6, selenium, and lots of other vitamins).
What veggie would you add to this to enhance the dish?

My absolute favorite so far!!
This was amazing!
Made this today and it’s absolutely delicious!! One of my favorites
This was really good. Added sauted mushrooms and steamed brocolli. I would love to see Zach make a healthy version of those pasta sides, like from Knorr. :) ;)
I made this and put Bella mushrooms in it! Husband loved it!!
This is a great recipe. I threw in a 4 cup bag of broccoli as well to get more veggies in.
Made this last night and it was so good!
Made this tonight and it was fantastic!
