What is a free member exactly? It just means that at some point you came to my Patreon page and signed up, but didn't go quite as far as to actually join.
So what is the point of this post?
I realize that Patreon can be a little intimidating because you really don't know what you are getting into when you join. There's not much to preview before actually committing.
So I am posting this recipe in an attempt to show all you free members what exactly a membership gets you.
This is one of my public recipes that Patreon members received early access to, and is an example of the type of recipes I post. Every week, paid members get new and exclusive recipes, as well as bonus content like high protein desserts, snacks, smoothies, bento box ideas, sample meal plans, and more.
