Update and question
🕑 Added 2026-01-08 13:32:41 +0000 UTC Hey all! First of, I don't know how many of you are already on discord, but I have a server where it's way easier to contact me & get updates (aswell as the occasional sketch) from me since I'm on there basically 24/7. https://discord.gg/NnB3fk2M With that out of the way, I have a question for all my supporters about older paywalled content. Or rather I guess this is me asking for permission π I have a few older paywalled comics like Summer bliss bad end, Kurumi tub sidestory etc that are starting to gather dust, and while I don't know how many are still paying for those (and I have no way to know unfortunately), I feel like it's such a waste to keep them behind a paywall for the rest of time as I think lots of more people could still enjoy them in the public. So my request is basically: How do you all feel about me releasing older paywalled (1000 tier) content after it's been out for a year or more? I don't want people to feel scammed or anything if they once paid for something that is now free, so please speak up if you have been supporting me because of my paywall exclusive series and are opposed to this.

My idea is if it's older then 1 year or maybe even 2 it should be free just my idea

xD, i mean i jusst made my art worth less, you can get it free... but it's all back to what your financial situation is

You made me want this π³

since i applied the similar concept as well, i'm good for it

I think releasing it after a period of time is a good idea. Might entice more supporters.

Even exclusives should become free eventually for the sake of preservation. Now a lot of time has passed it would be more productive to make them public, which would also help when it comes to being able to search them. Fanbox is useless for that

Your content is too good to stay locked away. Go for it!
Umbra
That's fine, go for it!

Sounds good to me, I know of several other artists that do something similar (a month, a year, somewhere in between) so I assume it's gotta be pretty common in the overall sphere.

Sounds good to me!

Go for it.

More than happy for you to release them to the world for free after such a time. It's your work so I feel it's completely your choice when you feel like the time for the paywall to come down is up. Either way, I'm still happy to be paying to see such stuff early and will continue to do so, you've more than earned every last penny :)

I think itβs more like paying for early access, which is more than fine :D

Since they are your creations, I believe you are free to disclose them however you wish. I am paying what I consider a fair amount because I want to see the continuation as soon as possible. That's all. I hope you can continue bringing your wonderful works into the world at your own pace.

I think it will be more like paying for early access, which is not a bad thing.

I mean if it has been more then a month or a year I think that it's free game to release it. Because that would bring more eyes into your artworks
