Normalize Taking a MF'n break!!
🕑 Added 2024-01-31 13:00:09 +0000 UTCWe just arrived to the jungle and I'm so happy!! Honestly it was time for me to go. My family was getting on my nerves lol. Sometimes you need a minute and thats ok. We are in such a go, go, go culture we associate rest as laziness but, NEWS FLASH humans are supposed to chill. As women we also feel bad all the time for experiencing the range of feelings that being human entails. Being a mom, wife/ gf hell, being a woman is hard and sometimes feels draining AF! I am grateful to be able to take time away to reduce my anxiety, resentment, and impatience. I think the problem is that we have all actively participated in keeping up the charade that this shit is normal. But, the gag is we have to start expressing our true feelings without the guilt or fear of shame in order to normalize humanizing woman. Haha that sounds crazy! but, fr I think men have super hero'd the shit out of us and now the standard is that we are often the life source to everyone on our families. As much as this stands true in ways, as Goddesses we also deserve to rest and be pampered with out guilt or fear of judgment .
Reminder: Take a MF'n Break Big!!! Go outside, step into nature, get one with YOUR thoughts. Dance! Love you!!
