Gym Buds
🕑 Added 2024-12-01 15:00:08 +0000 UTCBrontez was a force to behold. Charismatic and strong, his physique boasted not just muscles but also the soft heft of a man who liked to indulge. His belly rounded forward with a generous wobble and beefy quads supported a layer of chub atop them. His perky bubble butt was a thickened mass of bulging glutes and fluffy fat that balanced out the extra weight on his middle. There was no denying the gym was his sanctuary. Today, his confidence radiated from behind the neon blue tank top stretched over his burly build.
Across the room, Kelly lumbered to the weight rack like a golden beacon of hushed strength. He embodied the quintessential all-American dream, towering and broad-shouldered, with tousled sandy hair that framed his chiseled features. Yet, despite his well-toned arms and back he had a fluffy bit of curvature at his navel. A small, but noticeable puff of fat clung to him in a manner that seemed at odds with his otherwise conventional beauty. He was midway through a set of squats, sweating and struggling despite his beefy quads and glutes. The gym was familiar territory for Kelly, yet he often felt nervous by the bravado and hypermasculinity of the space.
Brontez noticed Kelly nearby and was impressed by the man's physique and careful form. He looked experienced. So, he waited until Kelly was finishing his rep and approached him.
“Hey, mind spotting me?”
Kelly glanced up, a bit startled, but the genuine smile on Brontez’s face softened his initial surprise. “Sure,” Kelly replied, his deep voice barely audible.
He stepped forward, his heart beating slightly faster now. As he positioned himself behind Brontez on the bench press, the palpable energy in the air intensified. He couldn’t help but admire Brontez’s physique, his arms were massive and taut with effort, each muscle undulating with grace. Brontez also had some extra weight on his middle, more than Kelly, which made the young stud feel a bit more at ease.
With a nod of thanks, Brontez began his lift. Kelly watched carefully, captivated not just by the strength displayed but by the charismatic presence of the man before him. With each repetition, the chemistry buzzed between them. As Brontez finished his set, he let out a masculine grunt, his chest heaving with exertion.
“Not bad for bulking season, huh?” Brontez quipped, shooting Kelly an appraising glance at the belly poking out above his gym shorts. He could see the flush creeping up Kelly’s cheeks.
“Yeah, the winter bulk came in hard for me this year,” Kelly replied a bit sheepishly. “It’s for the gains though, I guess.”
Brontez chuckled, “Hey, enjoy the perks of putting in the work. I fucking love to eat man, that’s what makes the gym worth it!”
As they continued to banter back and forth, they found themselves laughing about the joys of an indulgent and dirty winter bulk, sharing humorous takes on cozy evenings of pasta and holiday treats. Each revelation pushed away the remnants of Kelly’s earlier shyness, allowing camaraderie to bubble between the two.
After finishing their lift, they moved to the free weights. Kelly continued his lunges while Brontes worked his triceps. The blonde man was impressed by the rhythm and control with which Brontez executed his routine.
“You’ve got some serious form,” Kelly complimented, admiring the defined muscles in Brontez’s arms working in perfect synchronization with each lift.
“Thanks, man! Just trying to keep up, you know?” Brontez replied, catching Kelly's gaze. “But let’s talk about you! I see those shoulders — you worked hard for those.”
Their workout morphed into a friendly display of competitiveness. Each compliment exchanged only fueled their desire to push each other further, lifting heavier weights and attempting more challenging exercises. With every grunt and shared puff of breath they became a lilting duo, two jocks reveling in their physical power.
As they transitioned to the mats for some core work, the air between them thickened. They dropped onto their backs, and in that moment, Brontez dared to break the physical barrier separating them and tapped Kelly’s soft beginner’s belly.
“So, what’s your favorite thing about bodybuilding, Kelly?” he asked, a spark lighting his eyes.
“Honestly,” Kelly paused, searching for the right words. “I like pushing my limits. It’s like every weight I lift builds more than muscle, it builds character too. If that makes sense,” he reflected, a hint of vulnerability breaking through his shy facade.
“He’s deep too, he’s not just pretty,” Brontez teased with genuine admiration. “I feel the same way. It’s about sculpting ourselves into an ideal form,” he added.
Time slipped away unnoticed as they continued to share not only their workout routines but also snippets of their lives outside the gym. Eventually, exhaustion began to creep in, and they both flopped onto their backs, letting out collective sighs of satisfaction. From that position both of their bellies looked like little mountains of dough expanding and contracting.
“I think we make a pretty good team,” Brontez said, glancing sideways at Kelly, whose piercing blue eyes glittered with intrigue. “You wanna hit the gym together more often? I could use a good spotter who knows how to handle the weight of conversation.”
The suggestion hung in the air, and for a brief moment, the world around them faded into a blur. Kelly turned his head to meet Brontez’s gaze, a hopeful yet cautious smile spreading across his face. “Yeah, I’d really like that,” he replied, his voice steady despite the exhilaration rushing through him.
“Great! I’ll text you,” Brontez said, already pulling out his phone.
As they exchanged numbers and wrapped up their workout, both men felt a thrill that wasn’t entirely rooted in the endorphins of a good pump. They embraced in a sticky sweaty hug, each secretly breathing in the other’s musk as their heft collided. Something about the exchange promised the warmth of companionship against the winter chill and both were excited to explore that.
Brontez followed up with Kelly a few days later. Their text thread easily blossomed into a long and flirty exchange resulting in plans to meet up at the gym in a few days and grab dinner after. Both men nervously counted the days until they could reunite and explore their shared chemistry. When the day finally came they were both buzzing.
The moment Kelly entered he spotted Brontez beaming from the other side of the room, his laughter ringing out like a chime. Brontez was wearing a surprisingly too-small stringer that left a bit of his winter bulk hanging out the bottom. He looked plumper than Kelly remembered and something about that was alluring. Kelly too was wearing tighter clothes than usual, however mostly on the lower half, showing off his bubble but tree trunk thighs. Brontez, noticing the shy blonde, sauntered over, his playful demeanor disarming Kelly. Feeling drawn to the man’s warmth, Kelly couldn’t suppress a smile of his own.
“Hey there, cutie! You need a spot?”
“Please.”
Kelly couldn't help but admire how effortlessly Brontez made conversation flow. It was easy with him. They exchanged light banter, and as they both finished their workouts, Kelly found himself laughing more than he had in weeks. After a good sixty minutes the two called it quits and headed to the locker room.
Kelly usually avoided changing at the gym and absolutely never used the showers. He was shy despite his classic good looks. He was afraid he’d attract too much attention. Brontez, on the other hand, marched in confidently. Thankfully, their lockers were on opposite sides of the room so they were able to strip in relative privacy. With white towels wrapped around their waists they headed to the showers and grinned as they mutually checked one another out.
Brontez was bigger than he seemed. His chest was thick as a gorilla’s with a deep crease where the bottom of his pecs met the curve of his upper belly. His tank was solid but paled in comparison to the rump that wobbled under his towel. Kelly could barely believe the ass on the man. It was like two whole melons crammed next to one another, the sight of which caused Kelly’s dick to slightly stiffen.
Brontez was also surprised by Kelly’s physique in the nude. The all-American jock was hiding more belly than he suspected. At least twenty pounds of creamy pudge clung to his waist and sides, disrupting the impressive V-shape of his back. There was no way all of that chub was from this winter’s bulk. It looked like Kelly had been indulging his appetite all summer long.
They each slipped into a shower stall and closed the curtain. Brontez hummed cheerfully as he scrubbed himself down. When Kelly turned to wash his hair he noticed he could see through a small gap to the left of Brontez’s shower curtain. He watched as Brontez lathered his plump bubble butt so that it glistened under the fluorescent light, the sight of which caused Kelly’s prick to stiffen into a full erection. The jock nervously tried to shoo away his arousal.
Brontez stepped out first while Kelly lingered, trying to get his hard on to dissipate. Once it began to acquiesce he rushed out of the shower and towards the lockers where Brontez was all dressed and waiting. He looked down at Kelly’s crotch where a sizable half-chubbed dick print was pulsing forward beneath the white towel, and grinned.
“I’ll meet you outside,” Brontez winked.
Kelly’s stomach growled as they headed to a nearby steakhouse. They settled into a cozy booth, and the ambiance of the restaurant combined with the rich scent of sizzling steaks stirred an insatiable hunger in both of them. Kelly’s stomach growled again, only louder.
“Let’s go all out, sounds like you can handle it!” Brontez proclaimed, causing an array of raised eyebrows from the well-heeled couple at the next table.
Soon enough, their table was laden with colossal plates of ribeye and sides of buttery mashed potatoes, dripping with gravy. They dug in, laughter filling the space between them as they both fully committed to their winter bulk. Brontez fully pressed his heft against the table while Kelly tucked a napkin into his shirt to protect his developed pectorals from stains. Between bites, they swapped stories—Brontez revealing his aspirations to become a coach, while Kelly shared tales of growing up on a farm.
“I think this is the best meal I’ve ever had,” Kelly said between mouthfuls, not sure when he had last felt this content.
“Agreed. Nothing beats good food and good company,” Brontez replied, a fondness stirring in his chest.
Hours slipped by unnoticed as they indulged in their feast, jokes and laughter wrapping them in a comfortable cocoon. When the plates were finally cleared, a waitress offered dessert. They almost resisted, feeling the stretch of their distended stomachs, but decided why not.
“Bulking season,” Brontez laughed as the waitress left.
“Bulking season,” Kelly jokingly saluted.
The meal concluded with both men so incredibly stuffed they were finding it hard to breathe. Standing up from the table, Kelly looked pregnant and Brontez looked like he’d swallowed a basketball. They slipped their hands together, the touch sending a thrill through their bodies. Outside in the cold air they leaned against one another, their bodies immensely swollen and warm, and shared a luxurious kiss.
The two parted ways. It was nice taking things slow and not hooking up right away. However, frustrations soon settled in. Brontez wasn’t able to make their next gym date and then Kelly headed back to the South for an extended Thanksgiving holiday. The two would be separated for three weeks and each man was nervous the spark would fizzle.
Thankfully, their text message thread remained lively. Kelly had much to lament about returning home and Brontez was a massive support. The former farm boy hated the conservative environment of his parent’s house and the stress that swirled throughout his family as they prepared for the lavish annual Thanksgiving. It didn’t help that the local gym was closed for the entirety of Kelly’s three week stay. That was his one outlet, but the family-run establishment had no one around to run it this time of year.
Brontez coached Kelly remotely, sending him at-home strength exercises and loads of encouragement. He also encouraged Kelly to keep up his appetite and pack in as much fuel as possible. It would benefit him when he returned to the gym. Little did Brontez know that Kelly didn’t need much encouragement. The man loved food and had been a fat kid growing up. Eating came naturally to him. Besides, his mom was forcing food on him nearly every second of his stay.
So Kelly ate his way through his three week stay with aplomb. He wore sweats daily with the exclusion of the big meal itself, when he squeezed into a pair of Levi’s he could have sworn fit fine the last time he wore them. Meanwhile, Brontez kept steady at the gym while upping the ante on his own bulk. He explored protein-infused baking and became quite good at it, even wowing his social circle during his own Friendsgiving.
When it finally came time for the two men to reunite at the gym, they were both filled with butterflies. Brontez arrived first, feeling confident and cocky. He had put on five pounds in those last three weeks and he could really feel it in his chest, as well as a bit in the belly. He wore his old stringer shirt that left nothing to the imagination, allowing his sweaty perky tits to shimmer under the gym lights.
Kelly arrived feeling a bit self-conscious. He weighed himself when he got home and somehow had managed to put on fifteen pounds in three weeks. Needless to say, it wasn’t muscle. None of his gym shirts could conceal the spare tire hanging off of him. His love handles were fully grabbable while his ass and thighs developed visible cellulite and his tiny gym shorts did little to conceal this fact.
“Kelly!” Brontez proclaimed and wrapped his strong arms around the corn fed boy. Their bellies felt noticeably fleshier pressing against one another as they embraced. Brontez pulled back and squeezed Kelly’s meaty shoulder. “Lookin’ thick my man, love to see it! Can’t wait to pump some iron and then hear all about your vacation.”
The men powered through a tough workout that left Kelly feeling like jell-o. At times he even contemplated cutting it short, but he persisted. They headed to the showers in silence while Kelly caught his breath. Brontez quickly stripped and hopped in the shower while Kelly composed himself. The chubby guy peeled the sweat soak tank off his body and then dropped trow. When removing his boxer briefs he noticed something: small holes had developed where his thighs rubbed together. He hoped Brontez wouldn’t see those later tonight.
Freshly showered, they headed back to the steak house they attended last time. Kelly was reticent to overeat despite the fact Brontez ordered another boat load of food for the table. When it arrived Kelly wanted to pace himself, but after the delicious food reached his lips and he saw Brontez chowing down… all bets were off. The plates were polished, desert was inhaled, and the men left the restaurant rubbing their distended stomachs.
“My roommate is out of town,” Brontez suggested, his demeanor demure for the first time ever. “I also have that leftover protein pecan pie I was telling you about. We could do a victory lap if you’re up for it…”
Kelly didn’t want to eat anymore, but he did want to see Brontez naked. So he accepted.
The two were making out as soon as they stumbled into the apartment. Their solidly built chests pressed against one another as their bellies wobbled about. Their hearts fluttered with desire and anticipation, each man fully consumed with the other. Brontez led Kelly to the kitchen where he pressed the farm boy’s rounded ass against the cold countertop as they locked lips.
“I know you’re full,” Brontez purred, “but you’ve got to try this.”
He stepped back from his lover and opened the fridge. Kelly glimpsed the appliance was filled to the brim. Brontez fished out a pie tin that held half of his protein pecan pie. He procured two artful ceramic plates and then simply cut the half pie in half and served Kelly and himself the entire quarter.
“There’s thirty grams of protein in that slice alone, and!” Brontez flung open a liquor cabinet. “A special cocktail to wash it down. Cinnamon bourbon, top shelf, and a splash of whole milk. Cheers.”
They clinked glasses. The drink was strong but smooth and the slice of pie that followed was delightful. Kelly was surprised by how light the pie was and found himself devouring it easily. Brontez watched Kelly proudly between his own bites.
“You’re so cute,” Brontez declared and slid a hand under Kelly’s shirt as the man polished his plate. Brontez gripped a juicy love handle tightly, the fat spreading between his fingers. “God, it’s been near impossible to keep my hands off you at the gym.”
Kelly placed his hands on Brontez’s cheeks and laid into a loving kiss. Brontez pressed the hard-on throbbing in his pants against Kelly and whispered “bedroom” in his ear. The two eagerly clamored to the boudoir where they stripped their shirts. In the dim light their eyes dilated with delight.
Kelly’s fresh thickness softened the harsh lines of his trained upper body. Brontez’s pecs hung forward begging for a hand or mouth to lavish them with attention while Kelly’s porky midsection bulged outward in an impressive display. Their eyes drank up every inch of their oversized forms, dense with muscle and chub from rigorous training. Undeniably, the men lead similar lifestyles that could intertwine as easily as their hulking mass intertwined atop the bed.
Warm breath pumped out of their heaving chests as their mouths explored one another. Their movements were slowed by alcohol and the food sloshing around in their bellies. Eventually they removed their pants with a fair bit of difficulty and grunting. Kelly tried to slip his underwear off quickly, but Brontez had his face pressed against Kelly’s hard on almost instantly. Brontez breathed in the fresh musk, rubbing his face back and forth and then peeling the underwear off with his teeth.
Kelly’s erection thwacked against his chubby belly. Brontez traced its contours with his tongue up to the tip and then continued up Kelly’s navel until he was face to face with that luscious pad of fat that had spread so considerably in the last three weeks. Brontez took a generous mouthful of fat and pressed his face into the plush padding. He came up for air and looked at Kelly with dreamy eyes.
“Fuuuck,” Brontez purred. “You’re so fucking delicious.”
He then saddled up next to Kelly, their bellies pressing against one another, and gripped the corn fed man’s pulsing erection. He stroked the hot pipe as Kelly squirmed and moaned. Kelly slid a bit lower so that he could wrap his lips around Brontez’s fleshly nipple as he was stroked.
“You like that, huh?” Brontez muttered.
Kelly nodded and Brontez leaned forward a bit so that Kelly’s face slid between his two pecs, pressing them together to smother him. Kelly moaned louder.
“Oh yeah, look at you,” Brontez continued. “Look at that body, so swollen and thick with a fat cock.” Kelly began to tremble, his belly slightly wobbling. “You like that don’t you? You love pushing yourself at the gym every day so you can eat mounds of food.”
“Oh, fuck. Fuck fuck,” Kelly whimpered.
“You love the feeling of waking up bigger every day,” Brontez’s pumping quickened in pace. “You can’t wait to feel your muscles sore and your stomach stretching, knowing you’re getting bigger and bulkier with each bite.”
“Fuck, I’m close, slow down!”
“I’m going to make you the biggest slab of beef the gym has ever seen.”
“Fuck!”
“By the end of winter you’re going to be waddling out of there and everyone is going to watch in awe.”
“I’m, oh!”
Kelly’s balls contracted as he buried his face in Brontez’s fluffy left pec.
“You’re gonna be fucking huge.”
Kelly’s load erupted. He splattered come across both their swollen bodies, even reaching his own face. He clenched forward from the force but Brontez kept pumping, his fist pushing against that gooey roll of fat at Kelly’s waist. Kelly yelped as his balls fully emptied, his chest and gut bouncing from the commotion, and then collapsed backward into Brontez’s arms. Brontez let the man rest and Kelly almost immediately fell asleep. Brontez stayed cuddled next to his new gym bud and pet project, contemplating the midnight snack he’d whip up for them in a couple hours.
