Synopsis:
In Cow Tattoo, we meet Roger Durop, a “debilitatingly round” man with a cow tattoo on his bicep who orders enough food delivery in one sitting to feed an army. But how did Roger get to this point? His back story is a lurid one, from a frat guy gaining the freshman fifty, to a sports injury that justifies another hundred pounds, to an office job that allows his weight to completely spiral. It becomes clear that Roger was destined to be huge. This is the making of a cow.
