Love the location! Y'all need to come to our homestead and host an episode with our pigs 🙌🏽🤣 First off, I think we can all agree that the brother is a HUGE 🫏 The family threatening him to marry Emily inspite of what he said about her is just dumb and setting her up for a lifetime of unhappiness and maybe even resentment. Instead, they should encourage Emily to walk away and find someone who will love her unconditionally because she deserves better 💯 My first thought, too, was "What's going to happen when Emily has a baby or babies?" Some folks "bounce back" while others it takes time, but your body after children is not always the same and just different 🤷🏻‍♀️ I had a c-section to deliver our twins and less than a year later, I got really sick and had to have an emergency abdominal surgery. Back to back sugeries took a huge toll on my body and required a lot of PT. My children are 6 years old and I'm just now finally feeling a little back to normal and comfortable in my own skin. Despite how I may have felt about the changes in my body, those feelings never came from my husband. He was always supportive, encouraging, and very vocal about his desire for me 🤭😆 And that kind of attitude, that unconditional love helped me get through those lulls or when I didn't feel good about myself. If the brother views gaining a few extra pounds as bad and what determines worth in a spouse, then he not only was his feelings for Emily superficial, but he's a boy and not ready to he a partner to anyone. He's go some work to do.

This was so fun to watch! I love ice fishing and my family usually goes for New Years but this year we’re staying home. Watching was like a little mini ice fishing getaway from my couch! 😂

couple things... I fully expect THT episodes to now be shot while on adventures. Next episode reading stories and commenting while hanging from a cliff while rock climbing, another episode on surfboards or body boards waiting for waves. This is the new direction for THT and I am here for it. As for the story... as soon as she said the brother was getting cold feet because she gained ten pounds I was like why are you forcing this marriage to a piece of !@#$ on Emily? OP is definitely a jerk as is her brother.
