0.30 Devlog and Happy New Year!
🕑 Added 2025-12-31 20:14:03 +0000 UTCBack in September I decided to split the whole Grassmere story in two so this release will not take forever, and most renders and videos are ready, so coding starts in january.
Ideally I wanted to start coding early december, but due to the software limitations of Daz, rendering the Feast, with 13 characters on screen most times, has taken forever, but it’s done. The whole Grassmere main event is around 200 renders long.
In 0.30 not only some long waited romances start but various important characters from other parts of Luvia are introduced during the main event (Some spoilers in the pic)
While the renders for this update took quite long to make, coding will be faster due to linearity. This year’s autumn and winter start has been quite lighter compared to the past year respect my family obligations, so progress has been steady, Let’s see if it keeps that way.
It was really hard to show spoiler pics from this release without, well, spoiling really nice scenes, so I took a long time to decide on which, but I guess it’s fair to give a taste!
I’m not happy splitting the update in two as releases make a lot more sense when whole story arch are released completly, but other way it would have taken too much (again, but for other reasons, the whole Grassmere content would had taken forever in a go). So after 0.30 the next release will probably, beyond the final grassmere content, will start having 0.40 material (end of chapter scenes preparing for chapter 3).
