the technique i was taught is to draw two bands around the base form of the head, one for the top of the nose (this works for snouts to some extent too since noses on snouts are roughly the same distance from the eyes, you just gotta extend out for the snout) and one for the bottom of the eyelid, idk if that would help for this specific example but its a useful guideline in general

im no eye expert as im still a novice in general but they look mostly right other than being a lil misaligned relative to eachother? but i didnt notice anything wrong until i really scrutinized when you mentioned fwtw
