Sofia kept playing with her nose piercing and said nothing. It would come and go with her fingertip. When her nail touched it, a weak, metallic sound could be heard. Her feet pointed inwards and rested on the cushion, still. Her knees were touching each other. She was lying on the old couch once more.
“How do you feel, Sofia? How long has it been, two, three years?”
Dr. Esposito rested her left elbow on her chair, an old school psychoanalyst, she was. Her room had old books, all of them with leather covers. Reds, Browns, Greens. Her solid chair was made of walnut, a gift from her own analyst when he retired. Her chair was right behind the couch, where it should be. From there, she could only see Sofia’s hair, her knees and nothing more. The place was exactly as Sofia remembered.
“Two years, Paula.”
“Tell me more about this patient of yours. Thomas, isn’t it?”
“Tom. Yes. That’s the reason I called you.”
“I’m listening.”
“Well, Tom is a delicate, kind young man, haunted by a scene that he experienced when he was younger. He used to have a herm classmate, and she was just like me. He told me he was playing a game of truth and dare with her and some other friends. They wanted to see her naked, but this made him feel very uncomfortable. His herm friend, Epona, eventually engaged in sexual, uh, activities with them. Taking a more dominant stance seems to be one of her coping mechanisms. He told me she was bullied a lot.”
“Just like yourself, at that age.”
“It’s not easy going to school with a horse cock between your legs, you know... The thing is Tom couldn’t get near her, no matter what. It’s possible that there’s a phobic component to it, besides his issues with his own body.”
“Does he know you are a hermaphrodite?”
“He doesn’t. I’m afraid this could get in the way of his treatment. Even if he fantasizes me the same way as his former classmate, I think it’ll be better if he keeps it as a fantasy. Once he asked me if I am a herm, but in the end he didn’t want to know the answer.”
Dr. Esposito didn’t give her any answers either. Sofia could only hear her breathing behind her.
“From what I remember, all of them, except for Tom, went down on her, and since that day he has recurrent dreams of himself trying to go down on her, but he always wakes up right before it happens. Not so long ago he dreamed that he finally did it, but in his dream he did it to me. That was when I noticed how much he was projecting onto me.”
“Did he have relationships with men?”
“No. Only women.”
“Hmm…”
“Things changed when I began having dreams about her, I mean, him.”
Dr. Esposito raised one eyebrow.
“In my dreams, Tom is a woman, and a herm. In one of his sessions I told him he didn’t need to be so formal by calling me Dr. Ximenes. In the first dream I had, the first thing she told me was to call her Thomasin. I guess it would be safe to say that Tom has something distinctively feminine about him, but in the dream she was even more so, as if he blossomed into this beautiful young woman. I had a series of dreams with her, and I wrote them all down, everything I could remember, up until this dream in which I had my notes with me, the notes I take while I’m awake, and I couldn’t read a word of them. I was getting ready to meet her, and I couldn’t read a greeting message I had written, so she approached me, grabbed some of the notes and gave me the most passionate blow job imaginable. No hesitation. When I was about to climax, she held my dick on her arm and sucked my nipple, and then milk, thick white milk poured from it, huge amounts of milk, and jizz, all at the same time.”
“Hmm…”
“It was ecstatic. My eyes could only see a blurred scenario. We were on a farm, I think, and there were butterflies flying near us, but Thomasin’s tongue and lips kept feeding on me, and I couldn’t reach them. Then one of the butterflies landed on the tip of my dick. I woke up immediately, all wet.”
“What do these butterflies mean to you?”
“That’s why I’m here, Paula. I don't know... Butterflies... Butterflies in my stomach? I’m not in love with Tom.”
“You mean, with Thomasin...”, said Dr. Esposito.
Now it was Sofia’s turn to raise her eyebrows. Her session was over before her time was over. Dr. Esposito used it as a technique sometimes, leaving her patients, in a way, floating in thin air. Sofia couldn’t tell whether she was falling for a patient, for his female counterpart that she created in her fantasies, or if her dreams meant that she was the right person to help Tom overcome his past trauma after all, someone who could make him stronger, balanced, and free. I just don’t want to make things worse, she thought, and left.

Hey, everyone! Quaraci here.
July is here! Yaaay! For those of you who live in the U.S., I’d like to say that I wish you all had a good July 4th. This year’s quarantine probably kept many of us at home, but I wish you were all safe, with your families, significant others, and loved ones. I hope we’ll all overcome this in the near future. =^______^=
This is one of those paintings that I had to paint and repaint a few times, until the right effects were in place. I started it when we had the Lactation poll. There was something magical in my mind about this set of interactions between Sofia’s cock and Thomasin’s arm while Thomasin drinks Sofia’s breast milk. The butterfly emerged right at the first sketch, but when it was first painted I simply loved how this looked. Overall, I thought their bodies were very rough in previous versions, which made me paint their bodies and faces a couple of times. I hope you like it!
Thank you all so much for the love and support! Enjoy!

It hadn't crossed my mind that I could be competing with more, uh, conventional interpretations of it. What have I done? O______O LOL =^___^= Thanks, Kyro!

So warm and happy! The next time someone says they're getting butterflies, I'll be thinking of a very different visual. Excellent job as always Q! :D

Well, well... I wasn't aware of that! LOL =^___^= Tom (along with Kathleen, John, and Karissa) was one of Epona's classmates from two old paintings. I'm planning to revisit the others soon. I'm glad you like it! XD

Hum, well... Thomas is my name... What were the odds for it? XD Not that I'm complaining, I love the drawing and the story.
