It's good to be back [HQ]
🕑 Added 2021-06-07 02:16:15 +0000 UTCHello, hello, fellow futa lovers! =^__^=
OMG! It’s June/2021! Believe me or not, I had this painting sketched since November/2019 (why, Q? Why?), it was almost finished by June/2020, and it would be posted as our December/2020 exclusive painting, but then we heard a call to adventure that took us to faraway lands: our Tallulah series, followed by out Anthro Futa series. It is funny how these things happen. I wish I had the December version of this painting to show you, because it was so different from this one. I lost count of how many times I retouched it, and revisited it, since then… In a sense, the fact that it was always about rhythm and texture didn’t change, but month by month I’d polish it, I’d add some nuance to the colors, and I’d leave some regions blurred as well, or curvier than expected… It’s a rare scene in which Epona just sits and enjoys the ride, Shola gets to make two friends really happy and Iris, well, she probably doesn’t even remember her own name by now (LOL). This is also one of the older paintings that first benefitted from my NMA classes (thanks, Mr. Todorovitch!), so this one has a special place in my heart because of that as well.
Ah! It's good to be back!
Thank you all so much for the love and support! Stay safe and beautiful! =^___^=
