Sept 18 - Miss You
🕑 Added 2024-09-19 17:59:55 +0000 UTCThis week, I sat down to write some drum and bass. I liked some parts of the idea like the drums and piano melody, but it didn't really feel like the idea was coming together well during the session. This morning, I returned to the project to export and it sounded much better. So I spent a bit more time cleaning the idea up before exporting this version. I think this has some potential and I can definitely see myself returning to it.
What do you think? Do like the piano liquid drum and bass ideas? Would you like to see more of them? And do you think this song is good enough to finish? - Let me know in the comments!
Download is attached and WIP Archive has been updated.
My apologies for missing a WIP post (and streams) last week - I had a family emergency. In general, I can't thank you all enough for your support and patience this year. 2024 has been a very tough year and nothing has gone as planned. I'm hoping to get back on track over the next month so expect more posts coming your way.
Have a great rest of your week and I'll see you Friday for stream!

I love how it starts quite moody and then kinda goes uplifty. Truly a vibe.

I like the melody+chords, very beautiful combo.
