Always? No. Past year or maybe longer? Yeah. I don't think there was a lot of difference between the original and skirmish rules. Interesting concept, but it needs a team working on only that, not a team that is sculpting so much they are running behind.

And specifically about when they upload the files, there are supposed to be two drops, one in the middle of the month and one at the end of the month. But lately, both drops have been done in the last week of the month, with the last one on the very last day. IMHO, it's better to simply wait for the auto MMF release.

I feel they were pretty consistent in the past, but they've lost the good trail the last few months (I'll say since November?). They made an announcement about some internal changes and I guess they are still adjusting.
When do these files get put up each month is it consistent or semi random?
