So Lexa didn’t ‘use’ the Sky people. Remember, they were working together until Cage met with his dad, and then they sent Emerson to rendezvous with Lexa to offer her the deal to release her people. It makes sense from the standpoint of how many people they’ve already lost and how many people they were getting back, but in the long term, it could come back to bite them when the Mountain Men make it to the ground. But it’s not a given because the only reason they were fighting with the Grounders in the first place was because they needed their blood. But with the Sky People’s bone marrow, they wouldn’t need to use the Grounders anymore

Yes, I totally agree with Sophie. Lexa definitely has more of a fighting-spirit voice than Clarke — it’s stronger and more commanding, like you instantly believe people would follow her into battle. And the way she says “jus drein jus daun” is so catchy, it lives in my head rent free 😭🔥 The ending of this episode though… absolutely brutal. It comes so suddenly and just leaves you sitting there in shock, like you don’t even get time to process it. Such a powerful but painful way to end Part 1.
