Rex Krueger

They say it will come back in stock in about 2 weeks, but I really don't know.

KiwiAdrift

Hi Rex. I have been holding off buying the Kindle version of your book, because I really prefer to hold a book in my hands and scribble on it. Any chance the book will available on Amazon soon?

Rex Krueger

I'm delighted you think so!

Jason Blank

Congrats on the book. I received my copy, and you did a fantastic job!!!

Martin Hartley

One of the hazards of living in the Antipodes! I hope that it actually does ship though.

Rex Krueger

That sucks! They must have run our of the first printing before they shipped yours. I wish I could do something!

Martin Hartley

Pre-ordered my book on March 7th. Amazon Australia estimates it will ship on August 24th.

Simon Horabin

if only you shipped to Australia... please keep a copy aside for me and I’ll figure out a way to get it here, down the track... I’d REALLY appreciate it...! thank you, Rex..!

Roger A Tubbs

Rex, thanks for all the videos and the knowledge shared! I just ordered my copy of your book. It will go nicely along side of Joshua Klein's book Joined! Thanks!

Bruce Langman

Rex! I had a security issue and had to cancel the credit card I used. I still want to be a patron. how can I change my info?

Darren

Ah my "living in a small country next to a big country friend" . Living in Ireland I feel your pain. Should I buy the book form amazon de €18 which out of stock or should I buy it form amazon UK £10 and pay the import charges (Brexit Quatsch)

Rick Goodwell

@Stefan: I am afraid our younger generation will recognize Austria more as the birthplace of Arnold Schwarzenegger. They are less familiar with the Sound of Musik than The Terminator--my sympathies. As a work around for Rex's book, it may be less expensive for someone like me to buy it and ship it to you as a "gift" than for Rex to sell it to you. I could help.

Jack Dalbey

Thank you Sir! I appreciate it!

Rex Krueger

Sure! I'm happy to help.

Jack Dalbey

Hi Rex, I purchased the digital edition of your book on Amazon. I volunteer as a mentor to LGBTQ youth and we made up a program called "Queer Scouts" to teach them various things and do projects together. I was wondering if I may share excerpts from your book or plans with them? Your projects feel like something they can accomplish with supervision and instruction. Thank you for the content and making woodworking approachable! :)

Stefan Blümke

i woud be to austria (so AUT not AUS ) smal country in europe well known for mozart and in the USA "the sound of musik" - dont bother - we often get confused - you can buy t-shirts in austria with "there are no kangaroos in austria" printed on tehm. it would be great if you add our flag on your panel of flags - let me know if you do not get austrain flags in US - even if shipping is a killer - no affort to high for that - get well sonn - yours

Rex Krueger

Man, shipping to AUS is a killer. We're going to be expanding shipping, so maybe in the future.

Stefan Blümke

hey rex your book (especially the autographed version) would be nice to have - even in austria - but no one ist shipping (i´m also not verry keen on supporting amazon further) ?

Alec

Thank you for this, Rex! I love that the money is going directly to you instead of Amazon taking a cut!

Gary Meechan

Really diesappointed, I am in the UK and wanted tosuppory you diretly and get the limited edition, Feel we have missed oud out.

The Super-wrench Garage

I am so glad you did this, and I canceled my amazon order and order a patron only copy...so pumped!

Dianna (Coderjoy) Dearborn

Geez Louise! 24 hours later and all the Patreon copies are gone. Am disappointed... but got the other book... so, all's good.

Brian Suker

Patron copies sold out 😕

Thomas Hverring

When you go on your international tour next year you can sign all our copies! :^)

Matthew Leigh

Sold out apparently!

Richard Davies

Same here, I am in the UK too and would have loved an autographed copy. But looking forward to getting my pre-order when it arrives. Keep up the good work Rex!

Jim

Hi Rex, I'm UK based so I'm out for the count on getting a signed copy unfortunately. But I'll definitely be making use of 1 of the 2 copy's I've ordered on amazon, the other is going to a friends autistic son.

Fred Wolsey

Okay, ordered. Let's see what happens.

Csongor Halmai

I live outside of North America so I cannot order. It makes me saaaaad, I really wanted a patreon copy. (Actually, you were the very reason why I registered to Patreon a couple of years ago. I wanted and still want to support you.:)) How much would the delivery be to either Europe or Australia?

Tommy Hunter

I'll keep my Amazon copy and you can sign it for me when you come to visit Scotland.

Joe

Patron copy ordered, going to put it up as collectible and Amazon copy for the shop and to use. Great video on the traveler bench, it will be perfect for me, thanks Rex.

Eric van Horssen

Patron copy ordered, for the bookshelf in the house. Amazon copy will go to the shed, where I hope to finally get started to do some work. ( Thought if ordering a signed copy for the shed. But hey, I should leave some for others )

Eric van Horssen

Thanks for the suggestion!

Jonah Dahncke

Patron copy ordered. Excited to get my hands on a copy.

Billy Schwake

Ok got the Amazon order canceled and got a Patreon one for me and a signed one for my son

Andy Franqueira

You should still be able to cancel Amazon if you want to, it worked for me.

Jared Leff

hey there buddy! bought the book, because i like knowing that im supporting your vids and your business. looking forward to reading it, take care brother.

John Morrison

GOOD Eyes Gordon! Apparently we're not International. I wasn't feeling International today anyway. Cheaper on Amazon, if you have Prime, but this probably puts more money in Rex's pocket so a much better way to go. And ya gets a fancy edition for the long dark winters in your Canadian igloo. And yes, we Canadians do all live in igloos. Come and see....

Gordon Brandly

To my fellow Canadians: here's a tip from a guy who's been mail ordering stuff for a very long time - when a US company says they don't ship internationally, that sometimes does *not* exclude Canada. I just ordered my own Patron copy from Rex's store site, and it let me place an order just fine. (The order form on that site allows two countries: US and Canada.) So Rex can correct me if I'm wrong, but it sure looks like Canadians can get in on this, no problem. I just got my confirmation email, so my fingers are crossed! :)

Paul Mouradian

Paul Mouradian I ordered mine on amazon.ca. I live in Canada. I would like to know if I can avoid carrier charges from US woodworking tools when they cross the board. Often the cost is more than the actual American price you pay. Can anyone help or make a suggestion if I can use US. postal service to ship the products not the book to Canada/ thanks

Fred Wolsey

Too bad about the shipping. I assume that's why I can't get a t-shirt in Canada as well? Someday...Good luck with the book...Off to Amazon.ca

Billy Schwake

Arrrggg I would love a signed copy but I already pre ordered mine from Amazon

Steven A. Wheeler

Amazing, this will arrive just in time for my wife to hide it and wrap it up for my birthday. I am happy to support you through Patreon. This is a wonderful place to learn new things to hone my new skills.

John Morrison

We use to be able to order to the US side of the border, then drive down and pick up. Doesn't work when the border is still closed. Sigh. Oh well, Amazon Canada it is then.

Qorgyle

Happy to support you via Patreon, happy to support you further by grabbing one of these. :) I got so much more done, and gained so many skills and so much general DIY confidence this past crazy year thanks to your channel and Discourse than I would have otherwise, so happy to pay back a little bit for that. Looking forward to whatever is next.

TwoRavens

I'll give my Amazon preorder copy to someone else. Looking forward to a signed patreon copy! Thanks for doing this, Rex. I'm glad to support a fellow displaced CT native.

Michael Bennett

I just canceled my Amazon order. Bezos doesn't need more money anyway. I just read that he bought a frackin' yacht the size of a Navy destroyer. I can't wait to read your book.

Xyem

I have a friend in the US who is going to receive a Patron copy for me until we meet up again but when I ordered it, it didn't use my Paypal address as the billing address so I am a bit concerned it will get cancelled for not matching the address on Paypal. Hope this isn't the case!

Eldon

Awesome! Just ordered mine!

John Palomino

Somewhere, so didn't a great woman! :)

TC

This is awesome. I appreciate you putting out signed copies for patrons first, I can't wait to get mine in the mail!

Otakar Schön

Thank you for doing this. It is a nice thing to do. You are right about shipping internationally; it sucks if you are not Amazon. Therefore, I will be just happy keeping my preorder on amazon.de. It will arrive late; they estimate two weeks after release. I think it is because they will haul bulk orders from their US facilities to Europe and distribute it then. I can wait. Because of your videos I can spend the days actually doing some woodworking instead of just watching people use expensive power tools getting perfect results... Your woodworking for humans is awesome in its honesty regarding mistakes and the “you can make it good enough” attitude. Thank you for that Rex. Edit: wow, congrats on gettin no. 1 bestseller in Woodworking on Amazon.com

BRIAN BILHEIMER (PrepperDad)

Saw the email about the post and immediately ordered the patron edition. Love your work and will be proud to add your book to my library

Ben Ericson

A great man once said, "Shut up and take my money." 😀 Can't wait for my copy!

Solia

Thanks Rex, I just purchased a patron edition. I had already pre-ordered a copy on Amazon a month ago but I'll give that copy to a friend of mine who's trying to get into woodworking and grow the community.

Martin

Hooray! Thanks Rex. I know that a lot of hard work at time was invested in this and I'm looking forward to receiving my copy!

Justus Wingert

I'll be trying forwarding via stackry. Wish me luck.

Jarek Krzemieński

Yeeey! I have organised US address :D It is done now - orderd :D

Nicholas Russon

Amazon Canada sent me a shipping estimate yesterday that my copy would be delivered on the 21st or 22nd. I was about to cancel, but as Rex pointed out, non-US shipping isn't available for this book, unfortunately. Looking forward to it, regardless.

Jniz

Rex, I know you can't be everything to everybody and have to make practical decisions. I have to join the chorus of internationals - really disappointing that we can't access the signed copies.

Michael Labus

Europe😭

Volodymyr Epifanov

I am happy to have a mail forwarding, so hope to have my copy till end of June

Paul Ladd

I am being goofy here but I ordered the Kindle edition. How is Rex gonna sign and number my ebook? Guess I will have to mail Rex my Kindle. LOL i am looking forward to this book.

Daniel (1st Nato S.O.F Rekrut)

Why cant they be shipped to Europe ? I couldnt get one on Amazon and i woukd love to get a patron edition 😐 what a shame 😖😭

Jarek Krzemieński

Europe!!!!!

Jason Lamb

Ordered my patron copy. Happy to support. Great content. Keep it up, fellow Buckeye.

pasowec

Hi Rex, do You have any plans to ship book to Europe, namely Czech Republic? Thank you for any news and have a great weekend!

Joshua Blanchard

Amazon actually already shipped mine. That's OK, I wanted an extra copy to give to my mom, anyway! I'm very excited for the book. Both because I'm eager to read it, and because I'm happy to have a piece of the good work you do.

Mario Wolff

+1 for Europe :/

Jon Stammers

No options for UK? Shame. I'll have to settle for a standard copy from Amazon when available.

Daniel Tickle

I guess I'll just be forced to get a second copy 😛

Fred Zyda

Ordered! Given amazon’s estimated delivery, I think getting the book from you will take about the same time as Amazon.

Guitar Remedy

+1 for Europe :/

Justus Wingert

No chance from Europe? :( I'd be perfectly happy to pay the extra shipping. This will end up on a nice shelf anyway, I'll get my to-use-copy from Amazon.
