Rex, speedy recovery. I have been a health care provider for 40+ years, and have learned that the lungs need water just like our kidneys to flush out toxins. Rule of thumb- your total weight divided by half = the number of oz. of water needed by the body. Only water counts!!! I really enjoy your post, plans, and web site. thanks for sharing.

Man, I could have gotten a signed copy? Rats. I ordered mine off Amazon and received it yesterday. Book looks great from what I have scanned so far. I think I am going to go through it performing each of the tasks to see if it is as easy to follow as I think it is. Rex, you focus on getting healthy. Lung infections are no joke. I get them a couple times a year and end up on steroids and antibiotics. It's a real pita.

Dear Rex, please get the rest you need. Maybe you should do a low effort video once a month in addition to your break. I‘m thinking along the lines of a „Rex reacts“ video or a „ask Rex“ format where the patreons can ask questions and you answer them. Or a video about a project where you have a zoom conference with a few Patreons who built the project. Maybe a lower effort video will allow you to maintain a healthy work life balance.
