Training and Exercises PT1 explains the funamentals of training and exercising and presents over 10 examples for exercises the responsible civilian can conduct. Most can be modified for single persons, other require a team.
We would love to see you accepting those challenges and getting out reps and AARs in 2023.

Over the weekend we hit the woods and We used our map skills to find water. We got caught by a cellular trail camera and some hunters who thought we didn’t have any right to be on the land looking for us. Suscessfully evaded and escaped two hunters on an atv and in a pickup truck. Thanks for the knowledge!
