As promised, here is this months bonus guide, which is Training & Exercises Part 2. This guide is covering more methodics, physical fitness and also some tactical decision games for training and exercising. Keep in mind that we arent personal coaches or something. But we know that there is a certain baseline for fitness and thanks to a lot of shortcomings in the industry they dont really get adressed.
Remember that this is a bonus guide, our guide on raid patrols is releasing at the end of the month.a
UPDATE on free training in Europe: Tomorrow is the final session of calls for this years training events. Please dont register from this point on. We are looking forward to the events and I appreciate the good conversations with the attendees.
However, we are planning to host another event in November. We are also in the talks in regards to an US training event.
