Holy guacamole. We're so close to 2000 members here on Patreon and still growing. I'm always a bit struggling when it comes to finding the right words to express my appreciation without repeating myself all the time, but yeah... it's such a humbling experience seeing an ever growing interest in my brain child. A special thanks goes out to all new members who decided to support Summer In The City beyond becoming a free member. You're making all this possible!
I've been made aware that I should add the preview images to the image function at the top rather than adding them to the text field as usual, so people can enlarge them to their original size. Something I haven't even noticed until a few days ago. Welp, you learn new things everyday, eh?!
Alright, let's talk development. Things are going a tiny bit more slowly than I would like. I had to shift some attention towards the current Summer Bundle, creating special renders, working on the logo etc. These bundles are really important for gaining exposure as well as increasing revenue, so ignoring them isn't an option. They're always a bit on the short notice side of things though, which makes it hard to plan ahead accordingly. It kinda shuffled my schedule around. But in the big picture, things are going well. I might even be able to finish all remaining renders until next week before focusing on the last big and most difficult scene I mentioned in the previous news segment.

Finishing renders
Writing code
Creating Steam achievements
Sending the game over to Steam for review
Sharing release date
Playtesting and bugfixing until release
Release!
