They're the daughters of wealthy investors for Zonta Industries, two different families living together in the same mansion so Annie and Flare grew up practically as sisters. With their cushy lifestyle leaving them without much challenge or stimulation, they often find themselves needing to make their own fun, usually by fucking around with Zonta Industries prototypes they aren't supposed to have access to, which usually results in them getting expanded or transformed
