🕑 Added 2023-03-30 07:22:31 +0000 UTCMy name is Nick and I am 20 years old. I have to confess… I was such a terrible person several months ago and I can´t believe that I have been such a bad person. I treated everybody like pieces of rubbish and act like I own the world. I thought that I am the best person and that nobody can´t possibly match me. I really thought that. But there was an event which completely changed me and I am not that person anymore.
I always loved going to the gym to work out. I was trying to build a muscular body and it went pretty well. I got really good muscles after half year spent in the gym and I was so proud of myself. I got even a part-time job as a coach in the gym and I loved it. But I wasn´t a good coach. Everything I loved about it was humiliating others for not being as good as me. My ego was so happy when I did it and I didn´t see that it was so wrong back then. But then I moved to another city and I started to visit a new gym. I bought the best membership and I secretly hoped that I could get a job there as well. It was a really nice gym and it had a lot of equipment. I came there for the first time and I went to weight lifting. I wanted to make a good impression so I started quite heavily. But due to moving I didn´t practice lately that much and I almost couldn´t lift my ordinary weights. When I was trying to do it all over again and again, suddenly… I saw red nails on the rod and I heard a voice behind me.
“Excuse me, sir… I believe that you have it too heavy for you. Maybe you should start with something a bit lighter!”
I turned around and I saw there a pretty lady dressed in a red bra and black leggings. I looked at her and I couldn´t believe that it was the coach. How could be a woman coach? I couldn´t understand it back then and I immediately felt offended that a woman was telling me what to do in the gym. I wasn´t used to it at all because I thought that only men should be the coaches in the gym. How could a woman know what is the best in the gym? It was impossible, I thought back then and my cheeks immediately went red and my voice got angry:
“What are you doing? Are you serious?” I shouted at her. I could see that she was a bit shocked that I yelled at her like that. But she was a pro and she just told me:
“Sir… I could see that you are trying to lift too much weight… I am just here to help and save your health! I definitely didn´t mean to offend you in any way!” she answered.
“Well… but you failed! You offended me a lot and I want to complain!” I yelled at her, She again had no idea why I was so rude and asked me:
“I beg your pardon but would you please be so kind and tell me how did I offend you?” she said.
“Well… even the fact that you are a woman and you want to coach me! You have no right to coach me if you are a woman!” I yelled. She was so surprised and this time, she could be offended but she was still acting like a pro and she said:
“Sir… I can show you my qualifications and courses! I have been doing this for more than seven years so I know a bit about gym and training, believe me!” she answered,
“How could a woman know about these things! I was a coach back then in my town and I perfectly know what I am capable of or not… so… be so kind and get out of my way and never ever try to tell me what´s good for me on not! Do you understand, you little girl?” I yelled at her and I hoped that she walks away. She was looking at me in disbelief and answered me:
“Well… okay… Mr Ego! I won´t tell you anything else but remember… you have only one health! Don´t ruin it!” she said.
“Shut up and go away!” I yelled at her. She obeyed me and walked away. I had finally my calm and I tried to lift the weight again and again, But soon I was out of my strength. But I didn´t want to give up so I decided to give it one final try. I took a deep breath and I tried it…. But my arms collapsed and suddenly, the rod with the weight ended up on my chest and I couldn´t lift it because it was too heavy. I felt how it was crushing my chest and I tried to scream:
“Help… help me!”
I heard steps and again… I saw red nails on the rod. It was her again… I didn´t want to be saved by her but I had no choice. But before she saved me she told me:
“Well well well… what did I tell you a few minutes ago?”
“Just help me, it is your duty to help me! Come on!” I yelled. But instead of help, I saw a camera just above me.
“What are you doing?” I yelled.
“Mhm… just a little experiment and I think you will appreciate it! Later!” she told me. She was filming how I couldn´t get out of my position because I put too much weight on the rod and I was unable to move.
“Stop filming me and help me! It is too heavy and it is crushing my chest, come on!” I shouted at her because it started to be quite painful.
“So why did you put so much weight on it? I told you that it was too heavy for you but you wanted to be a proud boy and look how it ended… now… you are begging me for help!” she told. Now she was enjoying her position because she had me exactly where she wanted me. She was right and I was the one who was totally helpless.
“Okay… okay… you were right, now shut up and help me! Come on, move your ass!” I shouted at her again and I still treated her with great disrespect. Of course, the coach noticed that I haven´t changed at all and she decided to punish me.
“I am gonna help you… but… then you will go to my home with me and do everything I tell you, do you understand? Because if you won´t do everything I tell you to do, this video I just filmed will be on all socials and you will never ever get a job in any gym again! Do you understand?” she said. She was crazy… I couldn´t believe that she would use this against me. I thought that she was filming it for fun but she already planned to use the video against me. But it was a great leverage because that video just cannot be uploaded anywhere. I would be finished if she would post it on TikTok or any other social.
“No…. you must not upload it anywhere… it would ruin my whole career!” I yelled. But the pain started to be quite significant in my chest and breathing was harder and harder.
“Well… do you agree to my conditions? Because if you don´t agree I am not gonna help you and the pain will be more and more significant!” she said. And there was no choice. I just need the relief in my chest and this was probably the only way how to do it.
“Okay… I will do whatever you tell me and I will go home with you!” I agreed to her conditions.
“Good boy!” she giggled and she finally lifted the weight from my chest. It was such a good relief. Finally, I could breathe without pain. But I promised to do anything the coach tell me because otherwise she will upload the video and my career is over. She looked at me and told me:
“Well… my little proud boy! Take a shower and you will go home with me! I have a great surprise for you there. You will appreciate it later!” she said. And I had no choice but to obey her because… I didn´t want to end my career in the gym. After all years of practice and training. So I took a shower and went with the coach to her home. She lived nearby the gym and we were there in five minutes.
“Nice house…” I told her. I had no idea what she was going to do with me and I got a little bit nervous. She led me to her house and we entered the living room. She told me there to sit on the coach.
“Ehm… and what are we going to do?” I asked her. I was really nervous. The coach just looked at me, giggled and answered:
“Well… my little proud boy… you have been treating me with no respect because I am a woman. You thought that women cannot be coaches because they are women… but in the end… I am so much better coach than you are. SO… the perfect lesson for you will be this. You had no respect for women and the best way how to gain respect towards women is to become a woman!” she said and giggled. I just looked at her and I still had no idea what she was talking about. What does she think?
“Wait… wait a sec… what do you mean? Become a woman?” I asked her.
“Of course, my love! I am gonna dress you into my clothes and put makeup on your face and turn you into a woman. And then… we will go back to the gym and you will be working out on machines only for women! That will be quite fun!” she giggled.
“But wait… you cannot do this! Pleaseee…. it will be so embarrassing!” I yelled.
“Well… you shouldn´t have been such a jerk! You deserve this!” she said. “And don´t forget… if you don´t obey me I will post online the video from the gym!” she reminded me. And there was really no choice for me. I just nodded and was so afraid of what was coming. She just giggled and she was obviously so much looking forward to this. She brought her makeup tools and she put so heavy makeup on my face. She even put fake long eyelashes on my eyelids and my face just look so feminine. Eyeshadows and lipstick were a matter of course…
“Here we are… such a pretty face! Well… and now you need some cute workout clothes!” the coach giggled and soon she brought me slim pink leggings and a pink sports bra… I couldn´t believe it but still, I had to put it on. But the worst thing was to go back to the gym. The coach really forced me to go on bicycles and other feminine stuff…. It was just so humiliating. Everybody was looking at me because nobody ever saw anybody with such heavy makeup in the gym.
It was terrible but it really taught me a lesson. I will never ever laugh at any woman because they could be much stronger than I am despite I am a man. Women must not be underestimated. Without them, men would be nothing!
