Asali using gorgon as a tool to petrified would be mage that threaten her position, which gorgon found out is much more rewarding to petrified her and use her as bait. :)

I can do the backstories for other statues as well, sure.

We may find out in a follow-up tale involving Mistress Asali :)

That does give me a good direction. I think I will work something off of that :)

Are you planning to do stories focusing on the other background statues? I would like to see the tribal spearwoman statue from the centauress peril pinup "in the flesh".

Maybe Asali and the gorgon are working together but the gorgon betray her and turn her to stone?

A lovely story... but just was that wand used for?
Martiandawn
Phaidra will certainly return, perhaps making cameos in future Peril Pinups but I would also like to make separate stories more from her point of view :)
Martiandawn
That's a distinct possibility. I just need to brainstorm a scenario that would trip up a more experienced mage who wouldn't make the mistake that T'Lar did :)

Fantastic story! You should definitely do another story with the Phaidra character. Perhaps with more statues thrown into the mix as well.

Fantastic scene and love her as a starue, will her mentor Asali be joining her?
