The first part of the Battle of the Dark Solstice, which you can also call the Battle of the Spa, or the Battle of the Irritancy Supreme...
Yeah, these battles are going to have a lot of names, aren't they?
Anyway, the chapter is written, the madness has corrupted the sea for the time being.
And to my satisfaction, I wrote it in 18,000+ words! Rejoice!
As always, I think a few warnings are in order.
No, sacrificing several members of your party is not something 'heroic'.
This is quite villainous. Don't do it in real life.
Don't...
You know what? Abstain to do what Perseus Jackson did in this chapter.
It will be better for everyone, including the sanity of this world.
Now that this was said, where were we?
Oh yes. Welcome to the Sea of Monsters. There is only war, but you're authorised to blame Hera for that.
Enjoy the craziness and Hail the Titaness!

I love all your speculations (grin). Percy? On the good side of someone as...stubborn as Atlas? Please...(evil grin)...

End of the quest? Try more like...next chapter. This time there's going to be a lot of Gods and Goddesses gaping.

Please at the end of this quest can we get a look at the Olympians reactions. I imagine more then a few insert “HOW DOES HE KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THIS” moments.

Wow with this Percy just gained himself a General without peer, the great Favor of both the Sea Titaness and the Titan of Endurance by freeing their likely most loved Daughter while Also Humiliating Zeus Publicly in a way he can't do anything about. I wonder with the time he has on the island with Hecate there what idea he will spawn to free his sister to give Zeus's paranoia an Aneurism with one of the Titan Generals being free as well as Atlantis's General an not being able to do anything because the Sea Titaness and Atlantis protect them. (I can't see Percy not taking as many chances as possible to give Zeus Aneurisms) an Zeus has to Swallow it because he is deal with the Gaia situation. At least when Percy eventually encounters Atlas he will be on his good side.
