Refresh is noticeable, but im not having to slow down because of it. Could be an issue on a larger gun with a longer slide reciprocation but I kinda doubt it.
Even with the refresh rate "issues", which I think are being overblown by a vocal minority, Vortex's warranty makes this worth a buy in my opinion.

The Ameriglo haven has that awful refresh rate flickering. Was pretty disappointing
