I thought the DAPS matches were cancelled indefinitely? Looking for new management or something
Donkey Defense
Never did. I’m gonna try it this coming Monday and do two runs just in case lol
Trey Dustpan
Also curious about this. Did you get an answer?
Matt Rakestraw
Haha, thanks! I'm glad they're keeping DAPS running, there's a lot of good shooters here so there's no reason not to try, you might get lucky! I will say I did already earn a super cool gun, but that was last year!
Noisy Ninja
Rakestraw! Funny to find you in here. This Matt from DAPS lol. Now I know that I cant compete in the monthly challenges lol
Jared Caldwell
It's the FN510 in 10mm

Did I miss what the prize was going to be for the April challenge?
James Barron

Donkey Defense
Can I use my support side arm but just not the hand?
Matt Rakestraw
I'm always curious about specifically what are different high level shooter's processes and how it changes (or what doesn't change) depending on target difficulty and risk. As in right before you shoot what are you thinking about? Are you thinking about a physical cue you have to touch, are you thinking about a spot on the target, or is your mind just clear? Does what you think right before you shoot change? How does your process change from tiny targets with high risk versus large targets with no risk?
Nate Rivera
Thanks man!
Matt Rakestraw
Good job Nate! For the thing I won I emailed his Sage@sagedynamics.org email.
Nate Rivera
Hell yeah! Thanks Aaron! I'll send it tomorrow. To the sage@ email work?

Your Gun cleaning process would be a good video. Any updates on the next rushing winter novel?
