Had a catastrophic failure caused by ammunition in their Warthog AR10. The next day after calling they had sent a replacement gun to my FFL. no nonsense, no issues, great customer service. That is worth a lot

After talking to the guys from Jacob Gray at SHOT, I realized they were gun bros, not gun guys. Meaning, they knew how to make a cool gun that was reliable, quality, and esthetically pleasing, but they are not shooters and didn’t know how to make a shooters gun. This was immediately evident not just from our conversations, but from just feeling the gun;the lack of grip texture and the fact the original safeties would bite into and tear up your hands when shooting demonstrated that.
