Or do you think I might be too worried about player agency when it comes to resurrection?

Do you think if I removed the cost free resurrection from this item it would still be very rare tier? I could add Fans macabre instead maybe. Soul coins will be perfect for the Nine hells dive my players are about to do. I love this item and how it functions outside side of a daily reset system. Thank you my players will love this!!
